I made it to the second round of SYTYCD!

There are tons of things going on right now, but I am loving all of this!

I made it to the second round of the So You Think You Can Design contest at Scrap Orchard and I have been working like crazy on my next entry for it. I have some gorgeous papers finished (In my opinion) and some fun elements so far. I am working on another alpha to include and some other fun stuff before it is ready.

In other news John got me a Bamboo Tablet for Mother's Day and I have been playing like crazy with it.

Also, DigiScrapStation will be having the official Grand Opening on National Cookie Day (May 15th). There will be sales, games, some free stuff, and in general a ton of fun. Make sure you stop by!

Hello Everyone!

Although our Grand Opening at DigiScrapStation is not until May 15th (better mark your calendar!) we have already started setting up some fun new challenges for you.

Here the prize for our first challenge (everyone that completes the challenge gets the Doodle Alpha). See below for challenge details.



The challenge is to create a layout using an alpha, any alpha. You CAN use more than one alpha also. Here is the link to all of the details. I hope you'll check it out!

My New Store!

I finally have some information to share on my new store. I have been accepted as a designer for DigiScrapStation, a new store opening soon. The store is technically open to shop now, but our official Grand Opening will be in a week to a week and a half when we all have to time get things uploaded.

SYTYCD and Stores

Hello Everyone,

The contest appears to be going very well so far. There are some great entries and I cannot wait to see what else comes in by Wednesday night. Regardless of how any of us do in the contest I feel that we are all learning quite a bit from one another and it will be/has been a great learning experience.

As I read this morning on another blog, everyone has to start somewhere.

If you want to see some layouts that have been created with my mini kit you should check out the Scrap Orchard Assignment #1 layout gallery. I absolutely LOVE what has been done so far and I cannot wait to see more!

In other news, I hope to have some news to release about a place to buy some of my designs within the next few days and for sure by the end of the week.
